A note on the work, and the person behind it.

I'm Priya. I help sales, product, customer success, and delivery align around commitments the organization can execute and customers can realize, building the Professional Services and post-sale organizations that turn those commitments into outcomes.
Throughout my career, I have been brought into fast-changing environments, typically SaaS companies between forty and four hundred million in revenue, scaling quickly, with great products, ambitious customers, and leadership teams trying to get ahead of the operational complexity that comes with growth.
The throughline of my career is simple. I build structure, alignment, and momentum in organizations that are evolving quickly. I take the ambiguous parts of a business, the parts that nobody quite owns, and I give them shape. Sometimes that means a new operating model. Sometimes that means a new team from scratch. Sometimes it means sitting in a room with the CRO and the CPO and helping them agree on what they're actually building together.
How I lead.
My job is to remove the obstacles in front of the people doing the actual work, and then to hold a high bar for what we deliver together.
Servant leadership comes first for me, but I want to be clear about what I mean by that. I don't mean soft. I mean my job is to remove the obstacles in front of the people doing the actual work, and then to hold a high bar for what we deliver together. Results matter. People matter more, because they are the ones who produce the results.
I am deeply collaborative by instinct. I have spent most of my career working across functions, sitting between sales and product, between the C-suite and the people delivering to customers, between partners and internal teams. Empathy is a core operating principle for me. It is not a soft skill. It is an operating advantage. When you understand what the person across the table is actually trying to do, the work gets faster, the trust gets deeper, and the outcome gets better.
I think in long arcs. I would rather build something that compounds than optimize for a single quarter, and I try to weigh the two-year picture as carefully as the one in front of us.
